Join us in falling on our knees.

Prayer is the first and most important contribution you can make to impact Bhutan. Please take some time and pray for the people of Bhutan today!

For Believers:

> Pray that Bhutanese believers will become God's apostles to the Buddhist world, especially to the great number of Tibetan Buddhists living outside of Tibet.

> Pray for Bhutanese believers to be given spiritual courage to announce to those about them the penetrating light of Christ in order to expose the world forces of darkness and their lies, half-truths and false senses of security.

> Pray that Bhutanese Christians will bear fruit that remains, grows and multiplies over and over.

> Due to persecution, many Christians are pressured to claim they are Hindu or Buddhist to avoid losing their jobs.  Pray that they will have courage to stand strong in the face of persecution.  Pray Psalm 27.

For the Lost:

> Pray that God would remove whatever is blinding the Bhutanese from seeing and understanding clearly their need of God's saving Gospel.

> Pray that the "Land of the Thunder Dragon" will soon be known as "The Land of the Lion of Judah."

> Pray that the King of Bhutan, and members of his family will have dreams and visions from the Lord, preparing them for an encounter with the Living God.  Pray that God's designated witnesses to the royal family will not be hindered but will lovingly and clearly testify to His grace and power.

> One set of statistics indicate that there are only about 50 different personal (first) names used in Bhutan.  Each person has two which are given to them by a Buddhist priest.  Ask Jesus Christ to speak to the heart, soul and spirit of the Bhutanese, whispering to them the name by which HE knows them.  As you pray, use John 10:3; Isaiah 49:16; and Revelation 2:17.
