South Asia is the birthplace of two world religions, Hinduism and Buddhism, and home to many more. The vast majority of South Asians are very religious, devoting much of their time and efforts toward earning their respective ideas of salvation. Relatively few South Asians have ever heard the name of Jesus who offers salvation freely to them.
