Brief History: Pakistan became an independent nation in 1947.  Prior to this, Pakistan, along with most of the subcontinent, was under the control of the British Raj. Now, Pakistan is seeing an incredible increase of Muslims coming to Christ.

The white fields of Pakistan’s national flag represent minorities in the country, while the green symbolizes the Muslim majority. Progress in the country is represented by the white crescent and the five-rayed star symbolizes light and knowledge.[2]
