Now, how do you get from your dorm room to South Asia?

If you are coming on your own, directly through the IMB:

1. Check out and pray over the projects available.
   
2. When you have your top 3 requests, fill out your application online.
   
3. Follow the instructions within the application, distribute your personal reference forms, and complete all requirements before the deadline. The sooner the better!
   
4. Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an acceptance e-mail from the IMB mobilization department.
   
5. Begin your fundraising.
   
6. Begin building your prayer network.
   
7. Begin researching your country and preparing your heart for the field.
   
8. Begin travel preparations, including getting passport and visa and packing.
   
9. Communicate with your supervisors and make sure you are ready to go.
   
10. Have an incredible experience and grow in amazing ways!
    

If you want to come through your state BCM/BSU:

• Check with your BCM/BSU director for the available positions through your state.
  
• Pray over the positions available.
  
• Follow their process of application.
  
• Then follow number 5 through 10 above!
